Cyndi Griffin
Cyndi Griffin, the author of “How to Buy a Home In North Carolina In Your Spare Time” (Amazon.com), grew up in Charlotte and has worked in real estate firms in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Stanly Counties. She holds real estate certifications as a Military Residential Specialist and a Strategic Pricing Specialist. Her extensive knowledge of the seven-county Greater Charlotte Metro area will help you find the right home for you or the right buyer for your home.
Prior to her real estate career, she spent many years as a career paramedic crew chief and volunteer firefighter. She taught EMS adult education at Central Piedmont and Stanly Community Colleges. She brings the same level of customer service and commitment to her real estate clients as she did to her patients putting their needs above all others including her own. So, whether you are new to the market, upgrading, or downsizing, she has the expertise and resources to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Cyndi and her husband Jeff live at Lake Tillery and enjoy boating, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with their grown children and ten grandchildren!

Mike Ransom
Mike has been a Realtor in the Greater Charlotte Metro area for over 20 years. He is a multi-million-dollar producer, holding North and South Carolina licenses. During his Real Estate Career, he has been a Salesman, Broker, and Broker-in-Charge. He returned to full-time sales three years ago and is thrilled to be back working one-on-one with clients! Mike also believes in giving back to the community that he supports. He is the Past President of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors as well as The Concord Rotary Club. He sat on the Board of Directors for each organization as well as on the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cabarrus County. He is active with Meals-on-Wheels as well as with his Church.

Robyn Withrow
Robyn holds an MBA from the University of NC at Greensboro and a law degree from Campbell University.
She comes from a real estate family who served the Greater Charlotte area for decades and real estate is where her heart lies.
Robyn has been licensed in NC since 2006 and she uses her background and experience in finance and law to help her guide her clients through the real estate buying and selling process.
She is on the board of the Jamie Kimble Foundation for Courage. They spearhead and support proactive prevention, awareness, education, and research initiatives that help prevent interpersonal partner violence. She also is on the Safety and Justice Challenge Committee for Mecklenburg County whose mission is to reimagine and rebuild local criminal justice systems.
Robyn and her partner Beth love to split their free time between the beach and the mountains taking their rescue pup Bella with them always!

Regina Davis
Regina Davis is a strong communicator, strategist, and marketer with a degree in Health Communication from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. She has vast knowledge of Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Stanly counties with a knack for working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Born in The Bronx, NY, her parents are of South Carolinian heritage. She appreciates and enjoys the best of Northern and Southern culture.
Regina has previously served her community as a Paramedic in Mecklenburg County, before obtaining her Real Estate license in 2020, and is an accomplished singer, actress, event planner, and project manager. However, her greatest joy is being a wife, mother, and grandparent.
Regina and her husband Christopher reside in Cabarrus County and enjoy the freedom that comes with being empty nesters. She is committed to providing a high level of support to her clients and community by adding value, integrity, and expertise to each real estate transaction.
