5.4%-Includes buyer agent fee of 2.4%, sign, lock-box, fliers, virtual tour, advertising in real estate magazine, newspaper ad, open house, MLS listing, website listing, assist you with the negotiation with buyer and buyer agent, holding earnest money and handling closing details.
